My wonderful sweet boy Firebird, we call him Vuurtje. His mother is the sister of our sweet boy Siddhi of Love, he comes as a surprise in our life and I am so happy with that! I love the looks of this wonderful boy, he is a big boy with a powerful body and he have a muzzle to kiss. His very soft and purring character is amazing, he is a big friendly lion. He is my sweetheart because he don't trust so much people, also my husband had to do his very best to gain a little confidence from him. But I can do all with him from the first moment that he was in my arms, he shows his love for me every day and he is with me always very cudly. He is big friends with all the Coontastic sweethearts and he love it to relaxing in the playroom. He is a very playfull and happy boy and every night he sleeps close to me, then he sabbles on my fingers, he do that since the first day that he was home and also now he is a big boy he do it every day again when he is with me. Firebird have a beautiful coat, soft as satin and very long, a coat what don't need a lot of comb because he have never tangles.

Because Firebird had some lines the same as our Pablo and Sinatra who both passed away by a cardiac arrest we took him to one of the best heart specialists for a heart screening.The heart of our sweetheart showed a double heartbeat during the ultrasound, his heart looked good and the double heartbeat say not that it will give problems but there is a change that it can give problems in the future. It can be a genetic heart problem and can also cause a acute cardiac arrest so as happened with our Sinatra and Pablo. The specialist explained everything perfectly to us, also about the death of our Pablo and Sinatra. Can we prevent this? No we can't, it is very hard but reality! We can only hope that it will not happen and that our sweetheart can grow old. But we hold his problem good in our mind of course, it is good that we know it but there is always a bit of fear, we always keep an extra eye on him, always look a little extra to see if everything is okay with him when we leave or return home. Of course his heart will be screened more times in the future so that we can together with the specialist hold a good eye on the development of his heart problem.

The hardest part was letting you go! My sweet baby Fire, my wonderful boy, life won't be the same without you! Your satin soft fur that tickles my face, your beautiful dancing tail when I called your name, your sucking on my fingers and your paws clasped around my hands to keep me by you, I miss you so much my love! But how grateful I am, grateful that you were in my life, that we were able to share so much love together 4,5 years long. How many loving moments you have given me to look back on, moments that will warm my heart forever. I will never understand why you were taken away from me way too young, but I do understand why you stole my heart from the first photo I saw of you. You were, you are and you will forever be my baby fire, my wonderful Precious Firebird. Seeing you enjoying life every day, your shining eyes as you lay contented among all your friends, that's the image I will remember forever and my darling, that's why you were in my life.
 
How you looked deep into my eyes last night when I told you repeatedly how happy you made me, how special you are and how I love you so much! The look in your eyes, our moment, our contact, you understood me and I understood you, I knew I had to let you go .. But my darling, my heart is in a thousand pieces and I miss you so much!
